The Kalamkar News, (UP) In most areas of Noida there is neither residential nor industrial space. Therefore, now all the attention of Noida Authority is towards the expressway i.e. South Noida. Actually, the government had issued the gazette in January, 2021.

It was named 'Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region'. This new city will be situated in about 20 thousand hectares of land. It will be developed as an integrated city. 

Plan 2041 has been approved in the board meeting. After getting approval from the government, the work of land acquisition will be started.

Who will prepare the plan?

The master plan of the new Noida is being prepared by the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Noida Authority has selected it as a consultant. 

SPA will start the campaign for preparation of master plan from next month. A master plan was to be prepared for the development of the new Noida, for which applications were invited from many big institutes like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, among all this, this work has been entrusted to the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

Actually, this new Noida will be settled keeping in mind the people of every class, in which the latest facilities will be available. Most emphasis will be given to industries. There will be 41 industrial areas, 11.5 residential areas, 17 greenery and 9 institutional areas.

The dream of a home will come true

Preparations are being made to present an excellent model of development in New Noida, under which there are plans to establish Industrial, State Agro, Food Processing Zone, IT Zone, Skill Development Knowledge Zone, Industrial Zone, Residential Zone. 

After the new Noida project in Delhi-NCR, the industry and real estate sector will develop rapidly. Real estate, which has come to a standstill due to the Corona epidemic and has suffered losses worth billions of rupees, will get relief. Along with this, the dream of lakhs of people of having their own house will also come true.

According to Noida Authority, Noida Authority has decided to create a new Noida by merging 80 villages. This decision will connect the new Noida city with a multimodal transport hub. 

This transport hub will be built at Bodaki Railway Station. Along with this, inland container depot is also being built like ports like Dubai and Singapore. 

ISBT will be constructed on the other side of this station. Along with this, metro station will also be built. Similarly, on the lines of Chicago and European countries, the entire area will be developed into zones.

Two new corridors will be built

Yes, Noida Authority has started preparations to acquire 210 square kilometers of land in 80 villages of Dadri and Bulandshahr. Two new rail corridors will pass through New Noida. 

New Noida will become a major hub of the rail corridor. It is noteworthy that 20 villages of Gautam Budh Nagar and 60 villages of Bulandshahr have been included in the new Noida, notification of which has been issued.

Actually, Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor is a very ambitious plan of the Government of India. India and Japan have started work together on this scheme. This corridor will go to Maharashtra via 7 states Delhi, Uttar Pradesh Haryana, Madhya Pradesh Rajasthan Gujarat.

Many villages of Bulandshahr were included

Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor is a big ambitious plan of the Government of India. India and Japan have started this scheme together. The second corridor will pass through Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, East Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Indore in Madhya Pradesh. 

About a decade ago, all these villages of Bulandshahr were merged into the Greater Noida Development Authority. Later, Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority was broken into two separate authorities, due to which these villages were removed from Greater Noida Development Authority and included in Bulandshahr Development Authority and Khurja Development Authority.

Now the government has given orders to give these 80 villages to Noida. These villages will be removed from BDA and KDA and included in Noida Authority. The CEO of Noida Authority said that after getting these 80 villages, development plans will be implemented in Noida. 

The village includes 20 villages from Gautam Budh Nagar and 60 villages from Bulandshahr. For the development of Noida, the government has now handed over 80 villages of Greater Noida and Bulandshahr to Noida Authority for which gadget notification has been issued.
