Electricity consumers in Haryana upset, now electricity bill will come like this
Haryana News: Let us tell you that from February, the portal will be available for plot allotment under the Mukhyamantri Shahri Awas Yojana. In this, a plot of 30 square yards will be available in eleven cities. Apart from this, the monthly electricity bill will come now. At present, it will start as a pilot project in four districts. Chief Minister Manohar Lal made this announcement.
The Kalamkar News, Plot allotment: The Chief Minister had arrived as the chief guest at the district level function held in Karnal on Republic Day. At the New Police Line grounds, he took the parade salute and hoisted the tricolor.
During his address, he greeted the people of the state including Karnal. In the interest of farmers and employees, he announced opening of Atal Canteens in 15 more mandis of the state.
He said that the applicants will be able to deposit a small amount to join the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme. Such people will get loans and support from the central and state governments. He said that the state government started this scheme to provide roof to the poor and needy.
The advertisement had invited applications for a plot or flat. So far one lakh people have applied for this scheme. In the programme, the Chief Minister congratulated four people from Haryana for receiving Padma Shri. These include artist Mahavir Guddu, social worker Gurvinder Singh, agricultural scientists Hari Om and Shri Ram.
Took blessings from the artists who became Ram, Lakshman and Sita
The Chief Minister became emotional after seeing the tableau of Lord Ram during the program. During this, he got up from the stage and went to the fields and touched the feet of the artists playing the roles of Ram, Lakshman and Sita and took blessings from them.
Food will be available every year in forty markets of the state
The Chief Minister said that Atal canteens are being built in 25 mandis of the state to provide cheap food to the poor and farmers, which are currently running for five months.
Atal canteens will be opened in fifteen more mandis from February, and in all forty mandis it will run for one year instead of five months.
People will benefit from electricity bill every month
The Chief Minister said that people should have sent the electricity bills every month instead of two months. Now it is being implemented in four districts as a pilot project in the first phase from February 1.
These include Panchkula, Hisar, Mahendragarh, Karnal and Hisar, where monthly bills will be available.
Initially, employees from the corporation will go to collect the meters. Consumers will later send the meter reading themselves through the mobile app. People will also benefit a lot from this.
