16 new roads will be constructed in this district of UP, Rs 26 crore will be spent
Sitapur News: Public Works Department has started the exercise of construction of these roads. The construction of these roads in rural areas will benefit 2.5 lakh population of about 140 villages. It will be easier for farmers to transport their produce to the market and sugarcane farmers to the purchasing centres.
The Kalamkar News, Sitapur News: An amount of Rs 22.76 crore has been given by the government for the construction of 12 routes under the State Road Fund. Rs 4.55 crore has been released in the first installment. With the receipt of funds, the construction work is now expected to speed up.
The Public Works Department has started the exercise of construction of these routes. The construction of these roads in rural areas will benefit 2.5 lakh population of about 140 villages. It will be easier for farmers to transport their produce to the market and sugarcane farmers to the purchasing centres.
Public Works Minister Jitin Prasad has approved Rs 26 crore 6 lakh 66 thousand for the new construction of roads of 29.79 km length in Sitapur under the State Road Fund Scheme. About Rs 5.21 crore has also been allocated in the first installment.
Rs 87.03 lakh has been sanctioned for the construction of 1.210 km missing link between Gadnapur Malihabad road to Chandrikapurwa in Hargaon assembly constituency.
In the same sequence, construction of 0.940 km missing link between Hargaon Dateli road to Lakhimpur Kheri road via Velidhara (canal track) cost 89.94 lakhs, construction of 2 km missing link between Bariyadih Salarpur link road to Sitarampurwa Nanhupurwa via Katiara Oil link road cost 191.97 lakhs.
Lakh, the 2.530 km missing link between Hargaon Dateli Piparjhala road via Hathoori link road and Katka link road via Siktiha to Yadavpur will be constructed at a cost of Rs 253.41 lakh.
Apart from this, construction of 1.890 km missing link between Mumtazpur to Matinpur cost Rs 171 lakh, construction of 2.150 km missing link between Basara link road to Hajipur in Mahali assembly constituency cost Rs 182.16 lakh, construction of 2.150 km missing link between Basara link road to Ramuvapur link road (Late Santdas 61.07 lakh, construction of 3.130 km missing link between Maholi bypass to Narni Kathighara 308.76 lakh, construction of 0.930 km missing link between Sitapur Munshiganj Badagaon road to Hajipur second link road. 83.87 lakh, construction of 2 km missing link from Kamaluddinpur to Madhiya Ashram in Block Pisawan 142.94 lakh, construction of 2.150 km missing link between Gursanda road to Karmalkuiya 163.24 lakh, construction of 3 km missing link from Gopamau Pisawan road via Daulatiyapur road to Baksapur road construction 284.28 lakh,
New construction of 0.30 km from CC in the middle part of Abadiya part of Mathan Bramhaula road from Gopamau to Bramhaula road Rs 31.25 lakh, construction of three km missing link between Mishrikh Qutubganar (SH-139) road via Mohammadpur (Shyampur Somalia) to Rannupur road Rs 284.28 lakh, Approval has been given to construct the 1.790 km missing link between Sitapur Kasta Gola Marg to Jagana Sampark Marg via Sahadatnagar at Rs 180.47 lakh, and the 2.150 km missing link between Imalia Sultanpur Marg to Baseti at Rs 153.19 lakh. Officials of the Public Works Department have started the exercise of construction of roads.
