After getting approval for the construction of two roads in Sakra and Maniyari, the Rural Works Department has fixed its estimate.

About Rs 30 crore will be spent on the construction of both the roads. In this, Sabaha-Maricha (T3 Mansurpur to Beruadih-14.35 km) and Mahant Maniyari Hospital Chowk to Silaut station 0.910 km road will be constructed. Recently, approval was received for its construction.

The Superintending Engineer of the department has finalized the estimate and sent it to the Chief Engineer. Rs 27 crore 97 lakh 1 thousand 160 will be spent for the Sabaha-Maricha road and Rs 1 crore 96 lakh 5 thousand will be spent for the other road. It was told that after the approval and allocation of the amount, the work will be started after completing the tender process.

Let us tell you that Sabah-Maricha road is important in many ways. This will be a two-lane road and will directly connect Pusa to Patna. This road is completely dilapidated. There was a bridge in the middle, which was destroyed in the flood. Which has been constructed.

Now with the construction of this road, traffic will become easier. About two lakh population will benefit from this. Those who have to go to Pusa from Patna-Hajipur will also be able to easily go to Pusa via Maricha-Sabha via Mahua.

With the construction of this route, the distance from Pusa to Patna will be reduced by about 15 km compared to other routes. Now one has to go via Tajpur or Qaziinda.

This goes quite a long way. There was a demand for the construction of this path for the last two years. Now after getting its approval, the people of the area are happy.
