Indoor stadium remained closed at a cost of 13 crores, village talents will flourish

Rajasthan News : Earlier, the talents of rural areas used to die in the village itself, so those talents had to come to the city, but now the village players will be able to bring glory to the country not only at the national level but also at the international level. 

For this, the construction work of the indoor sports hall of the international level in the rural areas of Kota district is in progress, under this, this multipurpose sports hall to be built at a cost of about Rs 13 crore at three places will provide facilities for more than a dozen sports.

In order to bring forward the rural talents and to make sports facilities available near their homes, the Union Sports and Youth Ministry has made RUDSICO the nodal agency for this, in Sultanpur as well as in Etawah and Ramganj Mandi. 

The work of indoor sports hall has been completed by 75 percent in Sultanpur, 70 percent in Ramganj Mandi and 50 percent in Etawah.

The indoor hall will be constructed as per the standards of the Sports Authority of India (SAI). There will be a 40 x 20 meter hall on the ground floor of the hall. This hall will have four courts for badminton and one each for basketball, volleyball and netball. Apart from this, there will also be mini courts for handball and gymnastics.

About 75 percent of the work of the multipurpose indoor sports hall being built in Sultanpur has been completed. So far, dressing rooms, changing rooms, store rooms and toilets have been built here. All these will be separate for women and men. 

Apart from this, work is going on here. Two doors will be made here. The work of the indoor sports hall started in the second fortnight of October 2023, which is to be completed by July.

70% work completed in Hanuwatkheda of Ramganj Mandi

The foundation stone was laid in Ramganj Mandi on 20 February 2023. Under this, a target was set to complete the construction of the multipurpose sports hall within a year in February 2024, but only 70 percent of the work has been done so far. 

That is, most of the work is still pending. The construction of a multipurpose sports hall at a distance of 5 km from Ramganj Mandi will provide relief to the youth. It is being constructed in Hanuwatkheda of Ramganj Mandi.
