5 new sectors will be built here in Noida, 1500 hectares of land of 10 villages will be acquired

New Delhi News, Greater Noida - Yamuna Authority will buy land to develop residential, industrial and logistics park sectors near Jewar Airport. For this, Yamuna Authority has sent a proposal to Gautam Buddha Nagar District Administration. This includes the proposal to acquire about 1500 hectares of land from 10 villages to establish five sectors. Along with this, 10 percent of the total compensation for this land will also be sent. 

New sectors will be built here-

Yamuna Authority will buy land to bring the project to reality. The authority will buy land for Sectors 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and Sector 11. These sectors are proposed in the Master Plan 2041. 

Sector 5 is residential in this. Sector 6 is industrial, Sector 7 and 8 are warehousing and logistics (mixed land use) and Sector 9 and 11 are institutional category. 

Land from 10 villages will be bought for these sectors. The authority has sent a proposal to the district administration to buy the land. 10 percent of the compensation money will also be sent so that the process can be started.

The government gave Rs 1500 crore to the authority-

Yamuna Authority will not face any problem of funds in buying land. Let us tell you that CM Yogi Adityanath had given Rs 1500 crore to Yamuna Development Authority to buy land. 

Overall, Yogi Adityanath's dream is to have multifaceted development near Noida airport. He is constantly making efforts for this. Yamuna Authority got this amount to buy land.
