According to a recent update, Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council will develop new residential schemes on 6856 acres in the capital. Let us tell you that these schemes will be launched in 3 years. Housing Development will spend approximately Rs 3500 crore on their development.

The Kalamkar News, Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council will develop three more new residential schemes in 6856 acres in the capital. 

These schemes will be launched in three years. The housing department will spend approximately Rs 3500 crore on their development.

A residential scheme of 2093 acres was earlier approved. In this way all four schemes will be developed in approximately 8949 acres. More than three lakh people will get homes under these schemes.

The colonies will be developed taking into account the population of approximately 15 lakhs. The colonies will be connected to Ayodhya Road, Sultanpur Road, Prayagraj Road, Kisan Patha and Shaheed Path through four-lane road, flyover and underpass. 

The development of these three schemes was also approved in the housing development board meeting held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Housing Nitin Ramesh Gokarn.

With the development of these four schemes of the Housing Development Council, the housing problems of the people not only of Lucknow but of the surrounding districts will be solved in the coming days. 

Even though these colonies will be developed in Lucknow, the residents of Rae Bareli, Barabanki and Ayodhya will also benefit from it. 

The special thing is that this scheme will be connected to all major routes through four lane roads, flyovers and under passes. All these colonies will be connected to each other. The connectivity between them will also be very good. 

Plan number two will be developed in 2387 acres

Land Development and Housing Scheme No. 2 Mohanlalganj will be developed in 2387.620 acres. For this scheme, land of Mohari Kala, Bhatwara, Rakibabad, Sonai Kajehra, Sikandarpur Amolia, Pahar Nagar Tikaria and Madhamau Kala will be taken. 

Approximately Rs 9985.37 crore will be spent on the acquisition and development of land for the scheme. This scheme will be at a distance of three kilometers from Mohanlal-Gosaiganj National Highway No. 56B, Kisan Path and Purvanchal Expressway. 

Plan number three will be developed in 1192.450 acres

Land Development and Housing Scheme No. 3 Mohanlalganj will be developed in about 1192.450 acres. This scheme will be developed on the land of Dehramau, Pahasa, Beli, Sitholi Kala, Shivlar and Habuapur.

Approximately Rs 5500 crore will be spent on its development alone. Apart from the LDA land covered under this scheme, Housing Development will develop its colony on the rest of the land. 

Plan number four will be developed in 3276.605 acres

Land Development and Housing Scheme No. 4 Mohanlalganj will be developed in total 3276.605 acres. For the development of this scheme, land of Bakkas, Mastemau, Malukpur Dhakwa, Dular Mau, Chaurahiya, Chaurasi, Noorpur Behta, Madharmau Khurd, Madharmau Kala and Chak Kanjehra will be taken. 

This scheme is adjacent to CG City, 200 meters away from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium. Sultanpur Road is also adjacent to Sharda Canal Kisan Path. Its distance from Purvanchal Expressway is only 1.50 kilometers. 

Plan number one of 2093 acres has been approved earlier.

This scheme number one of housing development will be developed in 2093 acres i.e. 844 hectares. The proposed scheme is only 1 kilometer away from Purvanchal Expressway. 

Whereas the distance from Sultanpur Road is 1.5 kilometers. Its distance from Mohanlalganj tehsil is 8 kilometers. For this scheme, the process of land acquisition is going on in Chand Sarai, Kasimpur Biruha, Habuapur, Mausam Nagar, Sathwara, Sidhpur, Bhatwara, Pahar Nagar Tikaria, Kabirpur, Magahua and others
