The Kalamkar News (Bureau). The weather is getting worse again in Rajasthan (Rajasthan mausam today). Due to cold winds and light rains, winter has once again set in in the state. 

The Meteorological Department has now warned of rain and hailstorm in many areas of the state in the next two days. 

Following the changes in the weather, orange and yellow alerts for rain and hailstorm have been issued in many districts. Due to cold winds, severe cold is being felt in the state even at the end of February.

Weather will remain bad in these areas till March 2- 

According to the weather report, an intense western disturbance is active in the state. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain with strong thunderstorms in some parts of the state on March 1 and 2. 

According to the Meteorological Department, a new western disturbance will be active in some parts of the state on March 1. Due to its effect, there will be a major change in the weather in some parts of Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Jaipur, Kota and Bharatpur divisions on March 1 and 2.

Winds will blow at a speed of 30 to 50 kilometers-

Due to the effect of this western disturbance, strong winds along with lightning and rain are expected in these divisions. There may also be hailstorm at some places. 

During this period the wind speed can be 30 to 50 kilometers per hour. Its effect will end on March 3 and the weather will become dry again. IMD has also given many types of advice to the farmers in view of this change in the weather.

The Meteorological Department said that farmers should store grains in safe places in agricultural markets so that they can be protected from getting wet due to sudden rains. 

At the same time, the crops harvested in the fields should also be stored in a safe place or kept covered. Irrigation and spraying of pesticides in Rabi crops should be done keeping in mind the rainfall activities. 

Apart from this, during lightning, stay away from trees and poles and take shelter in safe places.
