For the first time, BDA is going to give six percent developed plots to the farmers in exchange of the acquired land.
Development fee will be charged from the farmers and the authority will give them compensation only for 90 percent of the land. BDA claims that there will be residential, commercial and industrial plots in this township, where people will be provided employment as well as residential facilities.
Big update on PPF and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana
Some villages of Dadri tehsil of Gautam Buddha Nagar also fall in the development area (BDA) of Bulandshahr Authority. BDA Secretary Jyotsna Yadav said that the process of acquiring land for this township to be developed in 225 hectares has started. The township will be constructed on the land of villages Camerala, Chakrasainpur and Ghodibachhra and Chamrawali Ramgarh of Dadri. For this, land is being taken from farmers on the basis of mutual agreement.
For the first time, the authority will give six percent plots to the farmers of these villages of Dadri. Development fee will have to be paid for the six percent plot that will be available. This will be Rs 7300 per square meter, which will have to be deposited within three months after the issue of allotment letter.
If a farmer's 6 percent plot is made up of 15 meters or less, then he will not get a plot and if it is more than 15 meters, a minimum plot of 40 meters and maximum of 2500 meters will be given by the authority.
Fees will be taken from farmers
According to Santosh Kumar, Chief Treasurer of BDA, the farmers will have to pay the stamp duty and registration fee of the developed plot, apart from this the farmers will also have to pay the free hold charge, corner charge etc.
