Driving License New Rule: Today we are going to tell you that from June 1, there are going to be big changes regarding driving license. Now you will not have to go to the RTO office to get a driving license. You can now get your driving license directly from the driving school. But for this you will have to follow some conditions. So let's know about them-
In India, the legal age for driving is 18 years. Only after that, a person's driving license is made. Till now, if someone has got a license, he had to first visit the RTO office. But now this is not going to happen. There is no need to go to the RTO to get a driving license in the whole of India. You can get your driving license by going to any authorized private institute.
From June 1, this rule related to driving license is going to change all over India. A notification has also been issued regarding this. Now you can go to any private driving institute and learn and get your license by giving your driving test.
You will get Driving License from these Driving Schools- (Driving License New Rule)
For your information, let us tell you that this rule is not going to be applicable in all driving schools for making a driving license. Along with this, they cannot even give you a driving license. It has been told in the notification that on the basis of which conditions you are going to get your driving license from the school. So let's know about these conditions-
– The training center which can give DL should be built in about one acre of land. Whereas to give training for 4 wheelers, the school must have 2 acres of land.
– The driving centre should also have completely good facilities.
– Those who will train the riders must first have a high school diploma or a degree equivalent to it.
– The trainer should have at least 5 years of driving experience. The trainer must have complete knowledge of fundamental biometrics and IT systems.
– Training for light vehicles should be completed in just 4 weeks or 29 hours. This training should include both theory and practical.
– For challan of heavy vehicles, your training should be of at least 38 hours. In which you should have 8 hours of theory and the rest of the time should be practical.
